hp designjet 750c plus errors
The trailing cable has nothing to do with the primer motor, the only thing all errors have in common is the main PCA.
Actually the best oil for the carriage rail is NYE #79, but Tri-Flow is easier to find.
Here are the HP part numbers for the lubricant recommended for the slider rods in the 750C, it is also used in other HP plotters, but not all HP plotters. The only difference between the two is the size bottle you get.

This is a combination of the lists of machines HP partsurfer says the two part numbers listed work on, HP doesn't cross reference this one well, so I took the lists for each part number and combined them.

I also use this lubricant on DeskJet 9XX carriage rails, and on any DeskJet not listed below.

There is a helical gear on the end of the paper feed roller in HP plotters, I think all the plotters use the same grease.
