Samsung has announced the launch of Samsung OMNIA 7 (GT-I8700) windows smartphone , becomes the first device to boot from Samsung with Microsoft's Windows phone 7 platform across Europe and Asia.
I8700 windows 7 Samsung OMNIA smartphone running Windows phone 7, Microsoft's new mobile platform that introduces a new approach to the Start screen experience through Live tiles that provides easier access to information and services from the World Wide Web and programs that are important to users.
Windows phone 7 also delivers an integrated experience on this smartphone via Windows phone unique service called Hubs. The hubs bring together a corresponding set of programs, services and content in a single view to simplify common tasks. Contacts, music, games, and work can be shared, synchronized and gain access to almost anywhere you happen to be.
Samsung OMNIA smartphone features I8700 windows 7 Samsung crisp and bright format 4 inch SUPER AMOLED 480 x 800 pixel capacitive touchscreen with support for 16 million colors and that provides an excellent viewing experience, even outdoors.
Featuring surround sound and clear voice quality, Samsung OMNIA 7 I8700 windows smartphone is powered by Qualcomm gen QSD8250 1 GHz processor to a fast mobile data experience and is quad-band 2 G and dual band networks 3 G HSDPA ready handsets.
